1. Who we are

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using AeroSync you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you use AeroSync for a company, club or other organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

3. What AeroSync is — and isn't

AeroSync helps you plan and keep records of aircraft maintenance. It is not an approved maintenance programme, not a continuing airworthiness management organisation (CAMO), and not a replacement for the aircraft's official logbooks and records. The Aviation disclaimer is part of these terms.

4. Your account

• Keep your password and sign-in links to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date. One person per account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts AeroSync or other users at risk. Where reasonable we will tell you first.

5. Your data

• The data you put into AeroSync — aircraft, maintenance records, logbook entries, files — stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide AeroSync to you and to the people you share aircraft with.
• When you share an aircraft, the people you share it with can see its data, and editors and owners can change it.
• When you connect your CloudBase login, you ask us to fetch your flight data from CloudBase for you. You must be entitled to use that login.
• You can download your data or delete your account at any time in Settings > Account.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use AeroSync to break the law, upload malicious files, try to reach other people's data, overload or probe the service, or resell it without our written permission.

7. Plans and payment

• Free: up to 2 aircraft you own, without sharing. Aircraft others share with you don't count.
• Pro: a paid subscription with unlimited aircraft and sharing. It is billed in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in billing management; Pro then stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. We don't refund part periods unless the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, Pro stays on for 7 days while the payment is retried. After that your account moves to the Free plan; nothing is deleted.
• Prices include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout [VAT TREATMENT]. We will tell you about price changes at least 30 days before they apply to you.
• We may give free full access to some accounts (for example partners or testers) and may end it.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep AeroSync available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Flight data depends on CloudBase being available and up to date. We may change, add or remove features; if a change takes away something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

9. Liability

• AeroSync is provided “as is”. You decide what to rely on: check maintenance dates and hours against the official records (see the Aviation disclaimer).
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on forecasts, due dates or hours shown in AeroSync without checking them.
• As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account. What happens to your data is described in the Privacy policy. If we ever stop providing AeroSync, we will give you at least 30 days' notice to download your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We will tell you about important changes by email or in AeroSync at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using AeroSync after that, the new terms apply.

12. Law

These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW], and its courts deal with any dispute, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to use its courts.
