Draft of 18 October 2026.
AeroSync is a planning and record-keeping aid. It is not an approved maintenance programme, not a continuing airworthiness management organisation (CAMO), and not a replacement for the aircraft's official logbooks and records.
- Forecasts and due dates are estimates. They are worked out from the data entered and from past usage, and they can be wrong — for example when hours are missing or mistyped, when a task's interval is set up incorrectly, or when CloudBase data is late or incomplete.
- The owner or operator remains responsible for the airworthiness of the aircraft and for following the applicable maintenance programme, airworthiness directives and regulations.
- Check before you rely on it. Compare dates and hours with the official records and the aircraft itself, and have maintenance carried out and certified by appropriately approved people.
